Effect
Teleports the player to a Waypoint using the end gateway block, dependent on a predetermined signature. (Uses no runic energy.)
Instructions
When constructing the rune make sure the blocks used are of the same or higher tier that that of the destination waypoint. After constructing the rune place in the signature blocks, making sure the face the correct cardinal directions. Various blocks are any block with a stair variant, the "various" and "stairs" need to match up, for example, stone blocks, and stone stairs.
