Effect
It creates a waypoint that you can teleport to using a teleporter and the relevant signature.
Instructions
After building the rune right click the centre of the rune to activate it. (They can have any combination of blocks as a signature.) (The tier of block you use to construct the rune restricts the tier of Rune List|Transportation|Teleporter|Teleporter that can teleport to the waypoint.)
