Effect
It creates a waypoint that you can teleport to using a teleporter and the relevant signature.
Instructions
After building the rune right click the centre of the rune to activate it. You would need signature blocks if you want to teleport to different waypoint runes.

After building the rune, right click the centre of the rune to activate it. The rune must (The tier of block you use to construct the rune restricts the tier of Rune List|Transportation|Teleporter|Teleporter that can teleport to the waypoint.)
